Well known directors.

 

 Stanley Kubrick is a very influential director. He had won many awards including Oscars. Stanley's trade mark in directing is using music to work against on screen images to create a sense of irony. This technique will be very useful for when I am filming my thriller.

 

                                     Steven Spielberg is an extremely well known director. He is one of Hollywood’s best directors and one of the richest directors of his time. A trade mark of Stevens is that all of his movies have featured visual effects, this would be extremely difficult for my group to achieve in our thriller because we are limited to the effects we can do.

 

                               Billy Wilder is an experienced and powerful director. His films are very strong and have an important message behind them; this makes Billy look at in a very heroic kind of way. His trade mark is using low key lighting this would be very useful in my group’s thriller because it will add effects to it which will fit in with the genre and make my group’s thriller look more professional.
